We're seeking a compassionate, experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, and clinical oversight to a team of therapists serving youth and families across school-based, community-based, and residential settings. What You'll Do
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will:
Clinical Leadership & Staff Development
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and reflective supervision to therapists
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth
- Promote clinician wellness and a trauma-informed work environment
Program Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards
- Review and approve clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans
- Monitor caseloads, service delivery, and program outcomes
- Support compliance with contractual, licensing, and regulatory requirements
Collaboration & Community Engagement
- Partner with schools, residential teams, and community organizations
- Build strong relationships with Kent School Services Network and other stakeholders
- Strengthen care coordination and service integration for youth and families
Direct Clinical Support
- Maintain a clinical caseload as needed
- Provide guidance on assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and family engagement
- Support clinicians in delivering culturally responsive, strengths-based services
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Michigan clinical licensure required
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing clinical staff
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Preferred Experience
- School-based mental health services
- Community mental health or child welfare settings
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
